FRUITS Only fruits of an optimum ripeness with their associated characteristics such as a distinctive aroma and flavour are used for our distillates. |
All Zalesky -distillates are 100 percent pure distillates without any additional supplements in form of other alcohol, sugar or aromas.

FERMENTATION The Fermentation is the birth of every distillate - for this reason the temperature is constantly controlled. |

DISTILLATION We distil our products twice with an optimum detachement from the forerun. To secure highly quality distillates we stop the distillation process at 55 percent of alcohol. |

MATURATION The maturing process of the young and refined distillates lasts between one to three years on average and afterwards the distillate is bottled and labeled according to age and group. |

COMBINATION The addition of smooth and fresh spring water of the Tyrolean mountains reduces the percentage of alcohol to 44 percent. |
